Newcastle: Haymarket Bus Station

Lancaster Bus Station: Refurbishment

Lancaster Bus Station is currently being refurbished, and half the stands are therefore closed to public use. The area behind the work is still used for parking of buses as can be seen by the above photo, taken through a window, hence the reflection. All photo's were taken on 9th August 2017.

Carnforth: Open Top

Kendal-based 13806 spent the day operating services in the Morecambe and Lancaster area today, to promote bus travel in the Lake District. Seen above descending Haws Hill in Carnforth on a service 5 from Morecambe. All photo's in this set were taken by Lynda Braithwaite on 10th August 2017. 

Following on from the previous photograph, 13806 approaches the Haws Hill stop.

Lancaster, Dalton Square

Lancaster's Dalton Square continues to be used by southbound services whilst the ongoing refurbishment of the Bus Station is in progress, resulting in half of the stands being closed off. 15821 picks up in Dalton Square on the 41 to Preston. All photo's in this set were taken on 9th August 2017.
