| The first bus photo I took in Whitehaven was of 17246, which had just been declared a failure. Passengers, most out of picture, were waiting for a following service. |

| Everyone managed to get on 47060, on service 302 to Workington. The driver of the broken down 17246 (pictured above) is stood next to the bus. |
